a little about me…

I am so happy you are here! My name is Allie and I am a dual-certified Master Transpersonal Hypnotherapist + Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Energy Healer, Intuitive, and Spiritual Mentor. I specialize in hypnotherapy + regression therapy, energy healing, spiritual guidance, and mindfulness meditation. I have a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Atlantic University, a school founded by Edgar Cayce who was a widely acclaimed clairvoyant and forerunner of the holistic health movement. I am certified by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH) in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression therapy, and Life Between Lives (LBL) therapy. I am also certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist.

I began my spiritual journey at the young age of fourteen when I realized that there was more to life than what we can see with our own eyes. Being introduced to shamanism, meditation, breathwork, energy work, crystals, and each modality's power at such a young age, I was brought up with a knowing and desire to heal. I knew that my life’s journey from then on was to be a healer, but I didn’t know how I was going to get there. Through healing myself, my shadows, insecurities, and doubts, I gained confidence and the knowledge to help others facilitate healing within themselves.

In our sessions together, I will use the tools I have gained through my personal experience, extensive education, and training to help you access deep and profound healing experiences through subconscious reprogramming, accessing past life or life between lives memories, as well as through energy healings and holding space for you to understand your spiritual journey through mentorship.
