 I guess I am just curious as to whether or not I am hypnotizable?

Yes, most individuals are hypnotizable! You are in a state of hypnosis multiple times throughout the day. This is the state just before you fall asleep and as you awaken in the morning. It occurs when we find ourselves “in the flow”, focused and attentive. A state of hypnosis also occurs when you are watching tv, reading a captivating book, and even while driving when you enter into the daydreamy state in autopilot. Hypnosis just requires your willingness to enter into it! 

Will I remember what I've experienced while under hypnosis?

Yes, you will remember everything! I refer to this work as a waking dream state. So much like waking up with a dream, you will remember the pieces that were significant and some details may be foggy however you will have the recording of the session to refer back to in the future if needed!  

Will you provide a recording of the session?

Yes, I will record the session and share with you following the session! 

How should I prepare for a session?

You may prepare for a session by taking time before to get clear on an intention for how this tool may best serve you ie. What is significant about learning about your past lives and your various lessons learned? How can this information help you to live your life more authentically? You may also listen to this guided hypnosis that I send prior to the session here. It is helpful and necessary to practice entering a meditative state of mind, and becoming familiar with meditation for a past life regression as it is a deep meditative session so practicing quiet stillness is a great way to prepare!  

What are the benefits of in-person regression vs online work?

They both work the same! However, I typically recommend in-person if you are in the NH seacoast area or if travel is doable, as it helps to be in an environment free of distractions outside of your typical day to day environment. Plus, it sets the space for a more sacred interaction and direct human-to-human connection with me :) Online has risks for distractions ie. dogs barking, internet issues, etc , but if you can find a place and time where those are limited that's perfect too! 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Reiki and hypnotherapy are not covered by insurance, but many insurance companies will reimburse expenses paid for smoking cessation hypnotherapy. Please check your coverage with your insurance company and I can issue a receipt that you can submit to your insurance. As for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), when you have a Letter of Medical Necessity prescribed by a physician as a therapy to treat a medical condition, expenses paid for reiki and hypnotherapy are eligible for reimbursement with these accounts.

DOES AN ONLINE SESSION WORK?

Yes absolutely. I recommend that you find a comfortable and quiet place to lie down with no distractions, a blanket, a fully charged laptop or tablet, headphones that have a microphone (if wireless, ensure that they are fully charged), and stable internet service. I use Zoom for all virtual sessions and will send you all the necessary meeting information when your appointment is made. An appointment is based on Eastern Standard Time but contact me if you'd like to request a session outside of the office hours.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Each case is unique but I usually recommend Reiki for physical pain or if you're not feeling well and not sure where it's coming from. If you know the problems or goals you'd like to heal or achieve, hypnotherapy + regression hypnosis are recommended to see a result. A Spiritual Guidance session offers a safe space for you to dive deeper into your spiritual journey + awakening.
