What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy medicine that allows for healing and recalibration of the body, mind, and soul. The word Reiki is a combination of two words - “Rei” meaning Universal and “Ki”, or “Chi” meaning Life Force Energy. Reiki can also mean a path to personal and spiritual growth. All life emits a life force energy frequency as this is the foundation for all that is an essence of the cosmos providing us with support, nourishment, and sustainability. This natural energy has a profound effect on our mind and body.
Reiki Energy Healings are a form of healing bodywork medicine that allows for gentle relaxation, introspection, and healing. Willingness to receive the reiki energy will transform the body, mind, and spirit.
What does an Energy Healing session look like?
An Energy Healing starts with you comfortably positioned, eyes closed, beginning with breathwork and receiving vibrational sound medicine. Allie will begin the session with sound to allow for the high-frequency vibrations of the gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, and solfeggio tones to permeate the energy body for movement and gentle relaxation. She then uses a pendulum as a tool to check in with your energy body, chakra centers, and meridian points. Allie will then begin with full-body energy healing to rebalance and recalibrate each energy center. The session ends with an intuitive message and a sacred protection ritual using sage + palo santo to close the energy field.
