Clay & Breath: Sculpting Change Through Somatic Breathwork and Clay Work
Class Details
** Note: This event will be held offsite, hosted and held at the Voice of Clay’s Studio in Brookline, New Hampshire (16 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Brookline, New Hampshire) **
Join us on Saturday, August 16th from 1-4pm for a unique group healing experience blending somatic breathwork and clay healing!
In this unique workshop, breath becomes the bridge between awareness and transformation—guided by the grounding power of clay.
We’ll begin with an introduction to somatic breathwork, exploring how conscious breathing connects body, mind, and emotion.
You'll learn how breathwork can unlock stuck patterns, release tension, and support real change from within.
From that space of reflection, you’ll create your first clay piece—a sculpted representation of something you’re ready to shift, release, or transform. Then, through a guided somatic breathwork journey, you’ll breathe into that intention, allowing the body to process and the energy to move.
After the breathwork session, you’ll return to the clay—this time to create a second piece that reflects what has shifted. This embodied before-and-after process helps you witness and anchor change in a tangible, lasting way.
No experience with breathwork or clay is needed—just a willingness to explore, express, and breathe into what’s possible.
